DPA
⦾ I can participate in daily physical activity to enhance and maintain my health
Long weekend ahead...don't forget to get some exercise everyday. Why? See the poster below....
If possible, get outside for some fresh air! Go for a walk around the block, jump on your bike or scooter, play badminton or bounce a ball. DPA should be 60 minutes and you can split that time up into smaller sections of time. For example, 15 mins for 4 sessions. If you can't get outside, do DPA inside instead. See the DPA links on the side of this post.
