This Week's Learning Tasks

This week, you will notice a significant change in your online learning. By now your parents should have received a survey about returning back to school.  Please check that they have returned it online to the school as this is very important information. As we prepare to come back to school on June 1st, we are asking you to focus your learning on the tasks listed below all week. We will not be posting any further assignments this week.

Please keep an eye on the blog for upcoming google meets or important announcements.

We will continue to be available to you for support if you need any help or want to connect.

Literacy

Continue to read you book each day for 30 minutes.  Your tasks this week are to complete your home reading log after you read each day. You can find the reading log HERE. This will give many of you a chance to catch up and enjoy working towards finishing your books.  This is also give some of you a chance to continue to hand in literacy assignments that are past due.

As always, your home reading log will be due next Monday at 9:00 am. Share it to your teacher and name it Home Reading _ Your Name.

Numeracy - IXL

We encourage you to continue to explore IXL and practice your math skills each day. Feel free to go back and play some math games that were previously posted HERE.

DPA

Remember to exercise daily, get in the fresh air and continue to find ways to take care of your wellness.

Attention WE TEAM and Grade 7s!

Free The Children wants to celebrate YOU!  On Tuesday, May 26, they will have a celebration for the grads of 2020.  You can watch the link HERE!  Tune in at 10:00 AM to celebrate YOU and all of the efforts you made this year to contribute to the DeltaAssist food bank and Night Shift Ministries with our hats and socks drive!  Not in grade seven?
